Hi Becky - I have been on the Gleevec/Imatinib 400g for about a month now, I was first diagnosed on 12th December 2006.I have had some side effects that are quite normal, mainly...1. aches and pains in muscles and joints, mainly my legs.2. mild nausea after taking the drugs3. fatigue and tirednesshowever most of the symptoms are going away with time, and this is very much in line with what my doctors have told me :)Hopefully you will have minimal side effects :)Keep up the blog :) Rob - http://cmlblog.spaces.live.com
